Yes, it has been a long time coming, but the re:makeables shop is FINALLY updated with specially chosen retro-themed fabrics, a ton of adorable one-off fabric buttons and a specially put together color themed craft pack!

I recently got this book out of Print & Pattern’s recommendation, and I have to mention how happy I am by just flipping through it. It’s called Petit Pattern Book: Kid & Toys.

Other links that I’ve been going through:
Mandy of Belle & Boo’s lovely illustrations, with a special edition of illustrations done in memory of Ava Florence-Beth Rosemeyer. I’m coveting Mandy’s wonderful print called “Found”.
New York Runway Shows are all around. Instead of buying magazines to flip through them, I go to New York Fashion Week’s to look at the slideshows.
And I also love the work of Emily Martin of The Black Apple. Her blog is lovely and her illustrations even more so.
The ever wonderful work of Ashley G, who sells her prints and illustrations here. Her podcast interview with artespirit was one I enjoyed listening to about making it as an illustrator.
edit
I got Emily mixed up with Ashley G earlier, but thanks for pointing it out for me, Esther!
Heather of Skinny laMinx’s new teatowels, featuring her Borrowed Spoons design, are now up at her Etsy site. There’s also a peek into her process and collaboration with the help of a few notable online bloggers!
And I’m loving the prints from Patapri who also sells her screenprinted fresh-coloured teatowels at her Etsy store.

I came back from Bali with a huge load of work from my office—so pardon the blog mini-hiatus! Pictures will be posted as soon as I sort them out and see if any are worth putting up—I was too goofy! Many things are happening around me, and I can only show you what the few highlights of my week were (and some even dates a few weeks back. Eep!)
My swap with Denise for her Adorn Mag. She threw in so many lovely stuff with her package!
I recently blogged about Kup Kup Land’s lovely pincushions, and finally got one for myself.
And my experiment with painting continues! I find watercolours easier to handle, but am dabbling in acrylics. The latter is thick and hard to control, and I’m still getting the hang of it.
