Trees

Drawn with an Artline pen, 0.2 tip on a Moleskine diary page. A slightly bigger picture is on my illustration page.

Trees. I just love them. I love drawing them, touching them, feeling them, smelling them. They are so beautiful and graceful – they seem to never give up on spreading its branches far and wide. All they need to survive is just to gently maneuver around an obstacle.

and all you said was true
they are wonderful.

i get pretty freaked out when my neighbours chop down their trees (happening a lot last 3 years). when i moved here one of hte reasons was because there were so many trees and nice gardens, it didn’t look like a mobile home park. But they keep putting concrete in the gardens and chopping the trees, so I am making extra effort to grow my own trees and have lost of soil in my garden. I’ll plant the next tree for you (i think it will be a Rowan tree).
