I self-tagged myself with a meme called Six Weird Things from Yvonne because I thought it would be fun.

1. I’m scared of the steel eyelash curler that I used to use. Once, I didn’t grab hold of it properly, and it ripped off a substantial amount of my eyelashes. It hurt. Now, I can’t use a steel one unless I steady both hands and take a deep breath.
2. I eat things when they are still hot. I don’t talk, just eat. And if it’s a favourite food that is hot, I will not talk to others unless they are trying to tell me that there’s a fire going on. Bad food is okay, as long as it’s hot.
3. I crinkle bits of paper when I’m waiting for something, and by the end of 5 minutes, the paper is gone beyond recognition. That’s why I need to read a book, and not just carry it around with me. If I do, I’ll do more than just dog-ear the book.
4. I put in only a few variety of morsels of food into my mouth at once, because once inside, my tongue seems to shift them all, as though categorising them. And I must have some rice left over to eat together with other main dishes (here in Malaysia we eat rice, much as the French do with bread).
5. When people stare at me rudely, I usually stare back at them until they avert their gaze. And continue to do so just to teach them a lesson to not stare!
6. I will mix up words when I talk, especially if I am thinking of something else. I’d say “That dog seems to fly real high”, but when in fact, I was looking at a bird, but was thinking about that cute dog I saw by the store earlier.

I could come out with a whole lot more, but I’m too busy sorting out the hot food in my mouth. I’ll know it when people stop and look at me while I eat — they’ve discovered my blog.
